Requirements:

• Participants must be 21 years or older and hold a road drivers licence and be confident with a manual transmission.
• Participants must wear full length wrist to ankle clothing and closed in shoes.
• Suit & helmet will be supplied.
• You will receive an email with a link to our electronic waivers. The waivers must be completed prior to the activity.
• Minimum numbers are required to go ahead with Legends Experience Package events. If minimum numbers are not met on the chosen date, we will contact you to rebook.

Otium - The Bend Motorsport Park Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

• The "Otium - The Bend Motorsport Park Giveaway" ("Giveaway") is organised by Otium Club ("Organiser").
• The Giveaway is governed by these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 21 years or older.
• Participants must hold a valid road driver’s license and be confident with a manual transmission.
• Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Organiser or its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

• The registration period for the Giveaway is from 8th August 2024 to 30th September 2024 ("Registration Period").

4. How to Enter

• Participants must complete the online registration purchase available on the Otium Club website during the Registration Period.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

5. Prize Package

• The prize package includes:

6. Prize Conditions

• Participants must wear full-length wrist-to-ankle clothing and closed-in shoes. Suit and helmet will be supplied.
• Participants must organise their own way to The Bend Motorsport Park from Adelaide Airport and back.
• Participants will receive an email with a link to electronic waivers that must be completed prior to the activity.
• Minimum numbers are required for this Giveaway to proceed. If minimum numbers are not met by the chosen date, the Organiser will proceed to organise another giveaway and all entrants will be refunded.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
• The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
• The winner must adhere to all safety instructions and guidelines provided by The Bend Motorsport Park.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Registration Period.
• The draw will take place on Friday 30th September 2024 at 7pm.
• The winner will be notified via email or phone within 5 days of the draw date.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the initial contact, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Publicity

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Liability

• The Organiser is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the Giveaway or from the acceptance or use of the prize.
• The Organiser will not be held liable for any technical malfunctions, interruptions, or failures that may affect the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway.

10. Privacy

• Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent, except as necessary for the administration of the Giveaway.

11. General

• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if it determines that the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned for any reason.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
